Vendor Application – Headin’ Home Fest

Event Details: Headin’ Home Fest is a 4-day family bluegrass music festival coming October 22-25, 2025 to Stagger Lee Music Park in Hazlehurst, GA (902 Vernon Williams Rd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539).

Food Vendors

We would love to have your food truck at the 4th Annual Headin’ Home Fest. Spaces for food vendors is limited; we will only have a few, and each one will be unique, so you won’t have competition selling your same foods. (NO alcohol permitted!) There is also no restaurant or kitchen onsite, so you will get lots of business! Please fill out this application form and we will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Food vendor fee: $300 for entire festival. You keep 100% of your proceeds and will also receive 2 vendor passes to the festival.

Craft/Artisan Vendors

We welcome craft, music, clothing, and all kinds of vendors to the 4th Annual Headin’ Home Fest! Vendors are outdoors so bring your own tent if you need cover. You will be set up very close to our stage area where the audience is. Please fill out this application form and we will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Non-food vendor fee: $200 for entire festival. You keep 100% of your proceeds and will also receive 2 vendor passes to the festival.

Dates are October 22-25, 2025, with stage performances running from 12 PM to 9:30 PM Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We prefer for all vendors to stay for the duration of the festival if possible, and food vendors are required to be set up October 23-25 (not needed on the 22nd because we have a free Wednesday night potluck dinner to kick off the festival). * When will you be setting up and tearing down? * (For food vendors) We advertise that there will be breakfast, lunch, and dinner options from our food vendors. What time will you open each day and how many meals will you serve? Please type “I agree” to agree to our vendor fee ($300 flat for food vendors, $200 flat for non-food vendors, and you keep 100% of your proceeds. Vendors will also be given 2 full festival tickets). Payment is nonrefundable and due in full at the time of application being approved.
